We will do our utmost to provide you with the best care possible. To safeguard this, we comply with the professional code of practice, as established by Nederlandse Chiropractoren Associatie (NCA) and Stichting Chiropractie Nederland (SCN).
In case you are not satisfied with the care we provided, please let us know. You can reach out by phone, in person or through e-mail. The chiropractor that provided the care will be notified and reach out to you. It is our aim to resolve any complaints between you and the chiropractor directly by a mutually accepted solution. You can also raise your complaint to the Centraal Bureau Klachtenmanagement in de Zorg (CBKZ), call 088-0245166 or send an email to email@example.com.
When the situation occurs that after multiple attempts, your complaint is not resolved, you can file a formal complaint with NCA. From than onwards, the complaints procedure of NCA will be initiated and NCA will follow up on the resolution of the complaint. In that case, we will provide you with the complaints protocol of NCA and offer all necessary cooperation.
